The Dual Continuous Mixer increases production capacities of the largest Oakes Mixer up to 200%. Bakers can choose between running one product in series or two products in parallel. Cake batters, fillings or icings that formerly ran at 10,000 pounds/hour will now run up to 20,000 pounds/hour.
Using the touch screen, operators can select between Recipes, Auto Density Controls, Process Line History and Machine Diagnostics. Optionally, mixers may be configured with RFID Card Readers and Ethernet. Fully CIP-capable, this unit features pneumatically actuated drain valves, a round tubular frame, stainless steel conduit and watershed slope top NEMA 4X electrical enclosures.
